Your role

As Head of HSEQ you lead and develop our quality, safety, environmental and work environment management in the short and long term. You lead a team of competent and committed employees who are specialists in welding, traffic safety and QMS support. Together you identify and drive continuous improvement and build strong and cross-functional network within the organization.

The role includes:

• Coach and develop the individuals in the team and assist the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the HSEQ performance.
• Responsible for Euromaint’s HSEQ processes and procedures to ensure the company maintains its accreditations, including Rail Traffic Safety.
• Ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS) and promote QMS and its principles throughout the organization.
• Together with the rest of the HSEQ organization, work with continuous improvement.
• Close cooperation with corresponding positions within CAF in mainly Europe, Africa, and Saudi Arabia.

You are located at our headquarter in Solna. Your employees are in different places in Sweden, thus you are expected to travel some.

• A BSc degree and minimum 5 years of experience from strategic quality work.
• Experience in leading specialists and from organization in change.
• Solid knowledge and experience of working with ISO 9001 issues.
• Background from the transport sector.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written.
