Our customer produces world-class transmissions. The production plant in Köping is Centre of Excellence within the area of transmission solutions and today they are approximately 1500 employees. They are currently looking for the next project manager within the Product & Project Office department. The department is part of the Industrial Engineering unit that has a strong focus on the future of the factory and the industrialization of new products. Furthermore, they provide technical support to the Operations organization, making the team crucial for the business. Our customer is looking for an outstanding leader, a project manager, who values professionalism and really want to be part of the team.
Industrial Project Manager
Your mission will be to lead projects within the industrial portfolio at the Köping plant; projects acquiring process equipment with targets to either maintain production capacity, increase capacity, or lead process equipment projects as result of the industrialization of new products. You will lead a team of professionals within the organization towards project targets. Delivering on the right time, to the right cost and with world-class quality. Taking on this position, you will play an important part in taking the Industrial Engineering team to the next level as they focus on improving project management methods and ways of working within the Product & Project Office department.

Qualifications and background;
· As part of your professional background, you preferably hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
· You have process knowledge within engineering machining with a few years of experience within the field. A background from working with external suppliers within the manufacturing industry is seen as highly beneficial.
· You have experience from leading teams and a background leading projects as project manager.
· You communicate with ease in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
